RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MADE IN VANILLE attache a lot of importance at your experience with us and we want it to be the most pleasant possible. If you want to make a return, thank you for following these following steps: Contact the customer service of MADE IN VANILLE by e-mail at the following address; info@madeinvanille.com
Your e-mail has to include these following informations:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The invoice if possible.
- The product which you wish to exchange or be paid off, which is damaged or not.
- Your full address so that we can forward or exchanged your product.
- The reason of the return or of the exchange.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Before proceeding to a refund or to an exchange, the customer service will make sure that the expressed conditions are respected:
1. A single return shipment is authorized by order. Thus please verify all of your command before sending us a return.
2. If the product is damaged after the reception of your parcel, you have a deadline of 14 days after the reception of the parcel, to indicate it to the customer service and proceed to an exchange only.
3. If you note that a product in your parcel is missing, you have a deadline of 14 days, after the reception of the parcel to indicate it to the customer service.
4. Otherwise you have a deadline of 20 days after the reception of the parcel, to indicate it to the customer service and proceed to an exchange or a refund. If 20 days passed by since the reception of your parcel, please note that we do not accept any more the returns.
